Candidates

When you submit your resume or application via this website, we collect:

• Full name, contact email address, and phone number
• Resume / CV contents including employment history, qualifications, and education
• Preferred role type, sector, and geographic markets
• Any additional information you voluntarily provide in your application

Employers

When you submit a brief or make an enquiry, we collect:

• Company name, contact name, email, and phone number
• Role brief details including job title, requirements, and organizational context

Website Visitors

We collect non-personally identifiable data through analytics tools including page views, session duration, device type, and geographic region. See Section 4 for cookie details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To assess your suitability for active and future roles in your stated sector and region

• WhatsApp (Meta) — direct communication. WhatsApp communications are subject to Meta's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Pages — website hosting. Cloudflare may process basic access log data.

6. Data Retention

Candidate profiles are retained for a period of up to three years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever occurs first. Employer brief data is retained for up to two years.

Analytics data collected via Google Analytics 4 is retained in line with Google's standard data retention settings (14 months by default).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
• Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data
