Eduplace Recruitment was founded in 1996 with a single operating principle: sector expertise produces better placements. Every application is reviewed by a specialist. Every shortlist is curated. Every placement is followed through to confirmation.
We operate across Education, Hospitality, and Retail in the US, GCC, Canada, and UK. Our candidate placement services carry no cost to applicants. Zero fees. No exceptions.
Our operating model is built on three non-negotiable principles that govern every engagement — from initial brief to placement confirmation.
Every application submitted to Eduplace Recruitment is reviewed by a sector specialist. No automated filtering. No keyword screening. Assessment is contextual — qualifications, trajectory, fit, and mobility evaluated together by a person who understands the sector.
Employers receive a shortlist of candidates who have been pre-vetted against the specific brief. We do not send large volumes of unqualified resumes. Every candidate on the list has been assessed for role fit, culture alignment, and performance track record before being presented.
Our involvement does not end at shortlist delivery. We coordinate interviews, support offer management, and remain engaged through contract execution and onboarding. Placement integrity is a standard — not a differentiator.

She brings operational precision to a relationship-driven business.
Eduplace Recruitment was established in 1996 to address a gap in specialist sector recruitment: most agencies treated talent as interchangeable. We built a business around the opposite premise — that deep sector knowledge produces better matches, shorter time-to-placement, and higher retention.
Over nearly three decades, we have grown our practice across Education, Hospitality, and Retail, expanded geographic coverage to four regions, and maintained one constant: every application is reviewed by a human specialist with genuine sector knowledge.
